The first is the satisfaction of the fundamental needs. Most of them demand that you should have a clean driving record and a few years of experience on the road. Others that are inclusive of direct instruction exist. These are gold. You are given feedback right away, even insulting, but helpful. It is where you become certain or understand that you need to practice more and then go it alone.

Once you have been certified then the job itself starts to teach you new things. No two same students exist. The former takes one minutes to pick, the latter takes five lessons before he or she feels confident to turn on the car. Patience is what you prefer or not and it is something that you do habitually.

Money is soon at stake. The initial one is enrollment in a driving school and this helps in attracting students. It is common to become independent later, but it is decided by whether one feels comfortable doing everything independently.

There is also rhythm in the work. Early mornings of nervous first-years, afternoons of adolescents, weekends of test-prep classes. It can be dull, yet there is nothing much to be surprising in a lesson.

There are days of easy. Others feel messy. But, over time, you start noticing an improvement, not only among your students, but also in your teaching techniques. That is where it normally stops as a training program but it starts to resemble a real career.
